This is the way Kent will be taken down by proving and charging in a court of law the Stalking and harassing behavior he has perpetuated against so many porn models. In Defense of Angel Skye

I want to preface this comment by saying that from my first days in porn I believed that the models were the lifeblood of the industry.

That they needed to be treated with respect and care. As he has done since he started his stalking of porn stars years ago, Kent Barclay now has in his sights a young man named Angel Skye.

For months he has interfered in this man's life in ways that should send a shudder through anyone who thinks this creature belongs in civilized society.

This is particularly directed at Chris Steele who in his capacity as a director has both a moral and practical obligation to DEFEND MODELS FROM HARM. Instead he stands by the Credo that as long as he does not do this to me it is acceptable. That is shameful on all levels although saying Chris Steele has any shame is a fools errand anyway.

All Angel Skye has tried to do was what any of us try to do on any given day. You wake up, try to make some headway in your life and try at the end of the day to find some peace so you can go to sleep. At every turn Kent's inability to control his obsessions interferes in Angel's life where no one belongs. Today Kent Barclay posted a variety of personal information with the sole intention of punishing Angel Skye for not doing what he (Kent) wanted.

This information had nothing to do with Kent, but he attempted to use it to humiliate and blackmail Angel Skye into subverting to his will. Just as years ago he outed Noah Walker to his college, or Joey Hart to his family. Just as for years he interfered in the personal life of Matt Rush, emailing his BF's with stories of his escorting, or some other such thing that was simply none of his business. (ARE YOU LISTENING HOWARD THIS SHAME IS YOURS AS WELL).

Why people stand by and let this sub-human mentally ill man try and destroy the lives of others only says that this is the kind of people they are as well. Well Chris Steele, Todd Montgomery, Howard; et all, this man does this because you let him. You should all be ashamed.

Kent your lies of today designed to hurt angel will not stand. There is no such law that says he can't work. NONE. If someone has an issue with Angel the place to deal with it is in the courts. As Paul Baressi told me "Our justice system is fair and impartial."

That is the place for whatever grievance someone has with Angel. Not in your attempt to humiliate and control him. It won't work. Angel's business is NONE of yours. You are done trying interfere in his life. He has the right to deal with his own life without interference from you.

Your vile words and empty threats are not tolerable. Your attempts at personal destruction are not tolerable. YOUR LIES ARE NOT TOLERABLE.

Free advice to Angel: You owe Kent nothing but a swift kick in the ass for wasting your time. Kent has neither the talent or resources to provide any service to anybody other than the increasingly boring product of his adled imagination. He has been trying to bill people for years for his imaginary assistance. With 30-50 people a day visiting his site, he cannot even reasonably say he promotes anything.

And should anybody be stupid enough to provide any sort of financial assistance to Kent/Damon, they will find themselves in the glaring, and unflattering lights of infamy- Kent consorts with Child Rapists and as has been proved here many times, KruezerByDay will gladly expose whichever other perverts come along to assist. Weho Whispers: KruezerByDay hears that Kent/Damon has been stung by having been left out of the loop when Todd Montgomery parted company with Falcon. Insiders say that Kruezer transcribed an avn article, pretended it was his own and then bashed industry treasure Mark Adams for good measure.

Don't believe the spin: the reality is that Kruezer was left in the dark and forced to pick through the crumbs of other actual industry news sources. His lame attempt to appear "in the know" to people who don't know any better is a continual source of laughter industry-wide.

What has NOBODY laughing, however, is Kent Barclay/Damon Kruezer's chronic connections to noted sex offenders and child molesters.

One studio head went ballistic at the notion that Kent was getting promotional materials from his marketing department. Turns out? that too was a fabrication. The marketing department didn't even have an address for Kent where those alleged "screeners" were sent. Why? because a) Kent/Damon doesn't have an address and b) the studio in question wouldn't have considered sending him the time of day in the first place.

All of this comes as Kent's traffic continues to flatline. One more interesting question that people are asking: Where is Kent's one friend, so prominently featured on his site for months, but now missing? Sources say that the lion finally got wise to Kent/Damon's games and is currently planning his revenge. Stay tuned! :)

Todd Montgomery just departed President at Falcon gave a short interview to G. Zisk Rice of GayVN on Tuesday. No mention of his supposed good friend Damon Kreuzer who is now accusing Todd Montgomery of a whole passel of Felonies including Identity theft and Fraud. And it was obvious to anyone who reads the GayVN exclusive interview that Damon lifted whole sections and posted on his site claiming once again he had actually interviewed someone.

It is time to set the record straight on the matter of Nelson Garcia. NG is an intellectual thug, who dresses himself up in the cloak of gay activism, while in fact with his cohort Kent Barclay AKA Damon Kreuzer he is promoting his agenda of anyone who goes after a child predator is Anti-gay. Below you will see in Italics his many lies, and my response to him.

Clarke, who has directed direct to video/dvd’s featuring gay teens having sex and profited in gay pornography, has been accusing another other members of the gay XXX industry of child porn and pedophilia, most recently Chris Steele of Jet Set Men because he agreed to an interview with Kruezer.

I never accused Chris Steele of Child Porn and Pedophilia. Nelson Garcia's first draft of this said illegalities; he then changed it to Pedophilia. Either way no such thing was said. Nelson Garcia on the other hand is a convicted felon who possessed and tried to disseminate child pornography to a minor. That I said that about Chris Steele was, and is, simply a lie. [Insert Damon Kreuzer called Chris Steele a boy lover in May 2006]

And that makes Clarke not only a coward but also a first rate hypocrite and ungrateful bastard.

Since it was a lie I guess I am off the hook. Though it was not clear what I am ungrateful about. Note to NG I was the fourth of 5 children, my parents were married a year before the first was born. You may retract the bastard remark any time.

However, when people say that their problems with Damon Kruezer/Kent Barclay outweigh everything else facing the gay - for that matter - the entire LGBT community, especially in a week that saw a fifteen year old boy being assassinated for being gay, and all the ongoing bullshit with the anti-gays and ex-gays, for example, that no one is listening is apropos given remarks like that.

Exactly when did I say anything resembling that the problems with Kent Barclay outweigh anything else facing the gay community? My open letter was to the porn industry not to anywhere else. Who the hell do you think you are Karl Rove? You tell a lie, build a straw dog, and then debunk it? What I have said, and will continue to say, is that when you are the self-appointed Mr. Save The Gay people you are just that self-appointed.

What you are in reality is a convicted felon caught trying to prey on boys. Before you try and dress yourself up in your gay self-righteousness you need to be clear about that to people. You are just like Kent Barclay you miss-represent yourself by omission, then say things you think people want to hear in order to justify your self-righteousness. I am not the decider of what is important any more than you are. Frankly you gave up your right to speak for gays when you started going after little boys. If people want to think that a convicted sex offender speaks for them then so be it, but you need to tell them and let them decide.

Anything short of full disclosure of your perverted past is a lie, and a vile one as you use people's good intentions to do good to cover your past and you do not let them know. You leave the causes you talk about vulnerable to right wing attacks calling all of us what you are a convicted sex offender who went after a 14 YO boy.

Would you like to tell everyone where you got that picture? Tell me Nelson when he sent it to you did Kent tell you he had used that picture once before on May 14, 2006 and it met the same fate? This was the second time GoDaddy removed that picture. It was not a screen cap taken in a public place here is the picture he cropped it from. It was not taken in a public place it was taken in the living room of the gentleman on the right Jerry Douglas. That is what I call Nelson a lie of omission. Had Kent told you where he stole it from perhaps you would not have used it, but your rush to attack overcame you?

So once again, we have a man, someone who profited in the gay porn industry, now attacking other members of his industry, and all because one day a long time ago, Damon Kruezer wrote a bad review... and me, because I chose not to accept his request to call him.

Now where did you get the lie that my issues with Kent Barclay stem from a bad review? That could have only come from one place. Kent Barclay. It is of course a lie that you wrote to somehow try and make me out to be a person whom is working from some shallow place.
That makes some point to you let's deal with that one first.

For years I just ignored Kent Barclay. He was obviously mentally imbalanced and just plain nasty. Two years ago he was going on and on about a former model of mine Noah Walker claiming that he had discovered him. The TRUTH was he had nothing to do with discovering Noah Walker. What had happened was after Noah Walker worked for me Kent found him and introduced him to David Forest.

It was at this time Noah came to me complaining that Kent Barclay was making his life a living hell because he would not do a webcam site that Barclay wanted to do with him.
He even reported Noah to the college he was attending as a gay porn model. I told Noah that while I sympathized with him he had an agent, and it was his agent's job to deal with this issue. Noah's agent David Forest attempted to sue Kent but could not locate him as he was then as he does now living under the radar using various mail drops.

When I commented on the lie Kent as he does now went on the attack. He wrote that he had "rescued" a model of mine who he took in for a while and that the model needed to be put in a rehab and I refused to do so. He said that after I maxed out the models credit cards trying to finance my video "The American Way" I threw the model out after refusing to put him into rehab, and then took in another young model as a sexual outlet for myself.

All lies.

The American Way was financed by its producer RAD Video. The model in question was a 23 yo named Rich Sternberg. He was my assistant and he had no credit cards except of a credit card we got him that was a card you put money on which we used to rent vehicles with. No credit, nothing maxed out all a lie.

That he needed a rehab, a lie. Anyone who knows me knows that I have been a sober alcoholic for 19 years. There were no drugs around me or my sets. I particularly objected to that lie since through the years many people in the adult business in trouble (drugs & alcohol) had come to me for help and now his lie was cutting off that outlet and I objected to that.

There were countless other lies about me sleeping with models and of course the mindless attacks on my work and physical appearance the latter two I could have cared less about. Kent Barclay only wrote one review of my work, that was after he was on the warpath and he stated that the guys in my video "The Seduction of a Surfer" looked good in Speedo’s despite my vapid direction. Since there was no one in a Speedo in that video it was just another lie intended to do harm.

It was at this time he threatened me with espousing the "real" Rich Sternberg story that through a mutual acquaintance I found Rich to see what Kent was up too. I had not talked to him in 4 years because one day he disappeared from my life with no explanation and I did not want to interact with him. It was at this time I learned that Rich entered into a scheme with him where Kent promised he would set him up as a director in his own right and all they needed was a base of operations in California.

Kent then called my landlord and told him I was running a prostitution and pornography business from my apartment and the end result was I was forced out of my home. When I learned this, and followed up and made sure it was true. I then let Kent Barclay know that I was never going to stand idly by while he attempted to destroy lives again and I have not.

It was not a bad review Nelson Garcia, but a liar who was laying waste to everything around him, hiding in the darkness like the cockroach he is, and I vowed to shine a light on him.
I have, and I will continue to do so. He continues through his use of alias's and fake photos and lies to attempt to destroy lives. You may not think it important standing up against a megalomaniac.

You Nelson Garcia, chose to defend him and go into collusion with him. Look at your Blog. You slamming me with lies, and you and Kent, and his alias are slamming me. In that context Dexx Jones uncovered information about you that is public record. You were convicted of sex crimes aimed at a minor.

You started this with your initial defense of Barclay with your Damon answers his critics post. You refuse to look at facts, you would rather be an intellectual thug with his head so far up his ass he cannot breathe. Here is an example of the way you try and insinuate your evil on to others.

Yet, you try and say semi-naked boys to implicate something that was not there, and impugn my reputation at the same time.

You state that I bitched to blogger. What I did was follow the rules, pointed out that my images were being used by someone who did not have permission to do so. They did what they should have done, they had the images removed.

You then stated that I did not object to Mark Adams using an image of me, and that was somehow hypocritical of me. Well as Ronald Reagan would say “There you go again”. More of your taking information from Kent Barclay, just to attack. You two really do belong together. The reason I did not complain to Mark Adams is that Mark Adams took the picture. He then used the picture WITH my permission. Can your fine intellect grasp the difference?

Your alliance with Kent Barclay is clear. His previous alliance with convicted felons, and child molesters, are also a matter of record. Perhaps you should contemplate the reason no one from the porn industry has come to your aid besides Kent Barclay, is that they think that what you have done is repulsive, and you forfeited your right to preach to others when you hit the send button trying to infiltrate the mind of a 14 YO with your perversions.

You are simply put a lying, vile sexual predator. That you find solace in the words of Kent Barclay and his alias’s is your doing no one else’s. You could have at anytime when you saw him lying walk away. Instead you chose to ally yourself with him. Where were you, Mr. Save The Gays, when Kent Barclay lied about Budd Foxx committing suicide because he could not stop the Great Damon? Where were you when he said Budd Fox’s death was a result of the Karmic retribution of calling Kent on his lies? Is that it Nelson? People die of AIDS because they cross Kent?

Is that how we treat the survivors of those who die of AIDS? We lie and say they committed suicide because they could not stop Damon? Then we say our sources tell us that Bud’s partner William, now alone and trying to deal in the grief of his less them 48 hour old loss of his partner of some 12 years, was not aware of Bud’s blogging activities? Trying to get between a dead man and his lover by lying? (William was an active participant in the life of his dying lover, something Kent Barclay could never understand as love is an emotion he is incapable of.)

That is what and who you have aligned yourself with. That is who you lie with. Your ego aside this is disgusting behavior from two very sick men. You deserve each other.

Excuse me but I complained to Google about the un-authorized use of a copy-righted image. That is all. Must you lie Convicted Child sex offender felon Nelson Garcia?

Now comes Linda Harvey; a contributor at BOX TURTLE BULLETIN writes they received a complaint from Harvey demanding that they remove a photo they posted of her for reference purposes.

Guess what? Now everyone gives a shit

I'm LMAO at the hypocrisy, especially when it comes from those who appoint themselves as team managers rather than being part of the team.

It's all very Niemöller if you ask me... and you haven't.

But enough of them... After all, it's not my credibility at stake, it's theirs.

It seems that Harvey, like Clarke and many others before them want to make sure that when it comes hating and blaming others for their misery, they would prefer not to have a face associated with their online rhetoric.

UPDATE: Sources other than one lovely female Floridian friend have confirmed for me the "huffing and puffing" BRAD STAR is doing in regard to his perceived "romantic rival" BRODIE SINCLAIR. Todd Montgomery has left Falcon "amicably" according to Troy Pickett and posted at JC.Adams.

It was confirmed to me this evening that Todd Montgomery has "left Falcon." That is the way it was put to me by Falcon's Troy Prickett, their Director of Promotions and Production. Montgomery was named Falcon VP and COO in 2003, and formed a corporation with partners Steve Johnson and the late Terry Mahaffey and purchased Conwest Resources, Falcon's parent company. Steve will continue on as sole owner and, with Prickett, will be in charge of the operations. Another source told me that the parting was "amiable and mutual," Prickett wished Montgomery well, and said that, otherwise, "...it's just business as usual here at Falcon." Indeed.

Rob,The Supremes and The Klueless Loozer

(Washington, DC) On Monday, 19 May 2008 the US Supreme Court upheld Congress' most recent attempt to prosecute those who would promote child pornography (Nelson NG Garcia and Kent Barclay, his supporter for example), ruling that the law DID NOT VIOLATE FREE SPEECH GUARANTEES OF THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE CONSTITUTION (emphasis mine).

The Supreme Court ruled 7 to 2 that laws criminalizing "pandering" (what Barclay did in Brodie Sinclair's name a few days ago) of real or supposed child pornography over the worldwide web or through the mail met constitutional standards.

In essence Barclay won't be able to endorse that proclivity of Nelson Garcia's anymore because the majority of justices dismissed arguments Associate Justice Antonin Scalia called "fanciful hypothetical's" that the law might make documentarians, movie reviewers, and unsuspecting grandparents subject to pandering statutes.

Scalia wrote in the majority opinion that "Child pornography harms and debases the most defenseless of our citizens"--children and teens below the age of 18.

The issue in this federal court case, was Congress' passage of the 2003 Prosecutorial Remedies and Other Tools to End the Exploitation of Children Today Act aka the PROTECT Act. There is a provision about the pandering of material as child pornography. It targets the person who "advertises, promotes, presents, distributes, or solicits . . . any material or purported material in such a manner that reflects the belief, or that is intended to cause another to believe that it is child pornography" (must be why Barclay promotes Nelson Garcia). Sources for the above is The Washington Post and the Associated Press.

You gentlemen and informed others may be wondering what that not so keen legal mind and opportunistic Supreme Court watcher and Nelson Garcia, the convicted pedophile, lover Kent Barclay has to say about this clear majority decision. I won't keep you in suspense. Barclay writes "Overly broad and restrictive Court ruling could apply to the movies "Titanic" or "Blue Lagoon[,]" worries industry watchdogs and civil libertarians.

Analysis: As for movies like the TITANIC AND BLUE LAGOON I AND II, those productions and plays and statues and paintings are protected forms of free speech. These have nothing to fear because the totality of the production of artwork is not meant to appeal to the peurile interest.

Does Barclay have more to say? Of course, Barclay continues to demonstrate his ignorance of the First Amendment. To illustrate arrogant Barclay's ignorance of the federal law behind this US Supreme Court ruling, I offer the following statement from Damon Kruezer, Kent Barclay's alter ego:

"THE KRUEZER believes this ruling mistakenly sets an overly broad precedent that could allow ambitious local prosecutors to bring cases on an extremely ambiguous basis,# and if literally applied could even lead to the recall or banning of such movies as the original "Blue Lagoon" or the German movie "Europa", and possibly softcore versions of adult films in which the protagonists' characters appear to be of questionable age even though the actors are provably 18+.##

Even more worrisome, this ruling allows for criminal prosecution for those who appear to be offering child porn, or who have an interest in acquiring it, without ever actually possessing it.### Thus[,] an email containing an offer to show innocent photos of family or friends' children could be misconstrued as being an offer to show lewd pictures and thus run afoul of this ruling."####

Analysis, point by point: # & ## taken together--Hyperbole at its worst. From the quoted Washington Post and AP story, cited immediately before Barclay's hype it is clear from context that the justices ruling in the majority narrowed this decision to the PROTECT ACT. A previous, and long standing, US Supreme Court decision protects true drama, in cinematic and live performance as well as artworks. Hence, the current decision is neither ambiguous or overly broad. To interpret the recent decision in that manner is simply another sterling example of Barclay buffoonery at play.

###This is the pedophile argument coming through. Anyone with more than half a brain would know that this is the very purpose of the PROTECT ACT to protect children and underage teenagers. Hence, Barclay has created a self-serving argument for purveying that in the language of the majority opinion, and the ACT itself, is "pandering" which the majority defined as "target[ing] the person who 'advertises, promotes, presents, distributes, or purported material in such a manner that is intended to cause another to believe that the material is child pornography.'"

####Also in the quoted Washington Post and AP account of this decision, it is clearly noted that family photos are not the target, thus, nonsense a commodity Barclay deals in freely.

Does Barclay pile more on to his defense of the indefensible, that is child pornography? Yes, indeed the misanthrope doesn't disappoint. Barclay writes "[again],

THE KRUEZER opines that the wording is sufficiently vague as to lend itself to twisted interpretations that could criminalize even the most innocent references or blameless movies. We hope that further rulings clarify and severely restrict its impact and implementation.

Analysis: As pointed out above, and in the Washington Post and AP account cited at the head of this commentary, the 7 to 2 majority decision of the US Supreme Court does no such thing. Any discerning citizen of this nation is left to conclude that Kent Barclay is manifestly condoning the promotion of child pornography as evidenced by his unconditional support for convicted pedophile Nelson Garcia aka NG. In sum Barclay is a scumbag as well as a liar and a fraud.

I'm sooo delighted to be here tonight, that I have decided to donate my usual fee to appear at functions such as this, to the re-opening of the Danvers State Insane asylum in the hopes that people like Damon Kruezer will find and accept the very important and necessary help of which they are so obviously and desperately in need of.



So, now that I've gotten that out from the inner bowels of my freshly colonic-ized colon, let's get started.



Many of you already know that the last time we got together here, which by the way, was a live telecast of my nightly "Nancy Grace Live" program, things got horribly out of control. For those of you not familiar with that night, you might want to go HERE before continuing on with us now, just for clarity and continuity.



When we last visited with Damon Kruezer on this program live, he was then masquerading as, and impersonating a licensed private eye, who identified himself to our staff of producers as the "World Renowned Detective and Psychic, Armondo Luchee, from New York City." He was proclaiming to have first hand knowledge of, and evidence against, Harlow Cuadra and Joseph Kerekes for the brutal pig slaying of bareback, twink and underage porn king, Brian Kocis. We soon found out during our live telecast, that Damon Kruezer was no more a detective or psychic, than I am a come to Jesus, cuddle me with your pain and dysfunction, someone who gives a shit about you, type of person.



In fact, that night, Damon Kruezer suffered yet another, and perhaps his worst yet, complete emotional breakdown ever, right here on the program. He suddenly and without warning snapped and subsequently confessed to being the actual killer of Brian Kocis. He was taken immediately from the studio and into sheriff's custody where he remains to this day, locked up and behind bars in the psycho ward at Rikers Island awaiting a competency hearing to stand trial. Good luck with that one buddy! No kidding.

So tell me David, what does this evening mean to you and what are the reasons that you have decided to come out tonight?



Well Nancy, I have always been a firm believer in supporting the GLBT community, which of course is my community, in any way of which I can. This particular evening represents to me, that as a community of people, we must unite and stand strong, for and against, anything or anyone that might cause us harm as a community as a whole.





Well that was awfully politically correct of you but, with all due respect Mr. Forest, haven't you too been a victim of Damon Kruezer's lunatic behaviors, threats and attempted blackmail in the past?



Nancy, as you know, I am only here to support the cause of this evening. Bringing up past transgressions against me, which by the way ARE true, would only add fuel to the fire. I will say this however. In society, and as a whole, people develop differently, intellectually, morally and ethically. As an example, Nancy, I would say that you and I and most others in this room tonight have favored fairly well in these areas of personal and social development. The "one who this evening highlights" on the other hand, has deeply struggled in all of these areas and seemingly does not recognize the extent of his inability to connect with and participate within the real world.



That's a bold faced lie David! There is nobody on the face of this planet with higher ethical and moral standards than mine. I'll just say that when the "one being highlighted here tonight" didn't like the direction of which I chose to go in, and which I thought was the best for me, he viciously and maliciously attacked and assaulted me and my good character on his website, over and over again. It was not unlike what I grew to know after the fact, which had apparently been his past and still now current behavior, but I was surprised that any one man, could be so hateful and vengeful as the "one being highlighted here tonight" was to me, because he didn't get what HE wanted. And, it continues to this day, Nancy. I'm just happy to see that "the one being highlighted here tonight" is currently in a place where he can do no further harm to anyone else, and, hopefully gets the very much needed therapy of which he so desperately needs.

He illegally used my husband's personal photo, which was taken by me, in our home, of him relaxing on the sofa with our dogs and portrayed it on his website as HIM, lounging around the living room on a Sunday afternoon. Can you imagine that? He stole, then used, my husband's personal photo to defraud his readers into believing that he, was him.

Now mind you, my husband may be no Matthew Rush, Nancy, but I think he's hot; and if you ever have seen the disgusting likes of Damon Kruezer in front of you, you might just understand for just a second, at least, why someone like him might stoop that low. It wasn't until I received an email from a member of the so called "Truth Squad" that I even knew of his fraud and deception. Of course, after demanding that he remove it from his website, it was down in a matter of minutes. But that's why we are all here tonight Nancy.
