NG is an intellectual thug, who dresses himself up in the cloak of gay activism, while in fact with his cohort Kent Barclay AKA Damon Kreuzer he is promoting his agenda of anyone who goes after a child predator is Anti-gay. Below you will see in Italics his many lies, and my response to him.
Clarke, who has directed direct to video/dvd’s featuring gay teens having sex and profited in gay pornography, has been accusing another other members of the gay XXX industry of child porn and pedophilia, most recently Chris Steele of Jet Set Men because he agreed to an interview with Kruezer.
I never accused Chris Steele of Child Porn and Pedophilia. Nelson Garcia's first draft of this said illegalities; he then changed it to Pedophilia. Either way no such thing was said. Nelson Garcia on the other hand is a convicted felon who possessed and tried to disseminate child pornography to a minor. That I said that about Chris Steele was, and is, simply a lie.
[Insert Damon Kreuzer called Chris Steele a boy lover in May 2006] And that makes Clarke not only a coward but also a first rate hypocrite and ungrateful bastard.
Since it was a lie I guess I am off the hook. Though it was not clear what I am ungrateful about. Note to NG I was the fourth of 5 children, my parents were married a year before the first was born. You may retract the bastard remark any time.
However, when people say that their problems with Damon Kruezer/Kent Barclay outweigh everything else facing the gay - for that matter - the entire LGBT community, especially in a week that saw a fifteen year old boy being assassinated for being gay, and all the ongoing bullshit with the anti-gays and ex-gays, for example, that no one is listening is apropos given remarks like that.
Exactly when did I say anything resembling that the problems with Kent Barclay outweigh anything else facing the gay community? My open letter was to the porn industry not to anywhere else. Who the hell do you think you are Karl Rove? You tell a lie, build a straw dog, and then debunk it? What I have said, and will continue to say, is that when you are the self-appointed Mr. Save The Gay people you are just that self-appointed.
What you are in reality is a convicted felon caught trying to prey on boys. Before you try and dress yourself up in your gay self-righteousness you need to be clear about that to people. You are just like Kent Barclay you miss-represent yourself by omission, then say things you think people want to hear in order to justify your self-righteousness. I am not the decider of what is important any more than you are. Frankly you gave up your right to speak for gays when you started going after little boys. If people want to think that a convicted sex offender speaks for them then so be it, but you need to tell them and let them decide.
Anything short of full disclosure of your perverted past is a lie, and a vile one as you use people's good intentions to do good to cover your past and you do not let them know. You leave the causes you talk about vulnerable to right wing attacks calling all of us what you are a convicted sex offender who went after a 14 YO boy.

Would you like to tell everyone where you got that picture? Tell me Nelson when he sent it to you did Kent tell you he had used that picture once before on May 14, 2006 and it met the same fate? This was the second time GoDaddy removed that picture. It was not a screen cap taken in a public place here is the picture he cropped it from. It was not taken in a public place it was taken in the living room of the gentleman on the right Jerry Douglas. That is what I call Nelson a lie of omission. Had Kent told you where he stole it from perhaps you would not have used it, but your rush to attack overcame you?

So once again, we have a man, someone who profited in the gay porn industry, now attacking other members of his industry, and all because one day a long time ago, Damon Kruezer wrote a bad review... and me, because I chose not to accept his request to call him.
Now where did you get the lie that my issues with Kent Barclay stem from a bad review? That could have only come from one place. Kent Barclay. It is of course a lie that you wrote to somehow try and make me out to be a person whom is working from some shallow place.
That makes some point to you let's deal with that one first.
For years I just ignored Kent Barclay. He was obviously mentally imbalanced and just plain nasty. Two years ago he was going on and on about a former model of mine Noah Walker claiming that he had discovered him. The TRUTH was he had nothing to do with discovering Noah Walker. What had happened was after Noah Walker worked for me Kent found him and introduced him to David Forest.
It was at this time Noah came to me complaining that Kent Barclay was making his life a living hell because he would not do a webcam site that Barclay wanted to do with him.
He even reported Noah to the college he was attending as a gay porn model. I told Noah that while I sympathized with him he had an agent, and it was his agent's job to deal with this issue. Noah's agent David Forest
attempted to sue Kent but could not locate him as he was then as he does now living under the radar using various mail drops.
When I commented on the lie Kent as he does now went on the attack. He wrote that he had "rescued" a model of mine who he took in for a while and that the model needed to be put in a rehab and I refused to do so. He said that after I maxed out the models credit cards trying to finance my video
"The American Way" I threw the model out after refusing to put him into rehab, and then took in another young model as a sexual outlet for myself.
All lies.The American Way was financed by its producer RAD Video. The model in question was a 23 yo named Rich Sternberg. He was my assistant and he had no credit cards except of a credit card we got him that was a card you put money on which we used to rent vehicles with. No credit, nothing maxed out all a
lie.That he needed a rehab, a
lie. Anyone who knows me knows that I have been a sober alcoholic for 19 years. There were no drugs around me or my sets. I particularly objected to that
lie since through the years many people in the adult business in trouble (drugs & alcohol) had come to me for help and now his lie was cutting off that outlet and I objected to that.
There were countless other lies about me sleeping with models and of course the mindless attacks on my work and physical appearance the latter two I could have cared less about. Kent Barclay only wrote one review of my work, that was after he was on the warpath and he stated that the guys in my video
"The Seduction of a Surfer" looked good in Speedo’s despite my vapid direction. Since there was no one in a Speedo in that video it was just another lie intended to do harm.
It was at this time he threatened me with espousing the "real" Rich Sternberg story that through a mutual acquaintance I found Rich to see what Kent was up too. I had not talked to him in 4 years because one day he disappeared from my life with no explanation and I did not want to interact with him. It was at this time I learned that Rich entered into a scheme with him where Kent promised he would set him up as a director in his own right and all they needed was a base of operations in California.
Kent then called my landlord and told him I was running a prostitution and pornography business from my apartment and the end result was I was forced out of my home. When I learned this, and followed up and made sure it was true. I then let Kent Barclay know that I was never going to stand idly by while he attempted to destroy lives again and I have not.
It was not a bad review Nelson Garcia, but a liar who was laying waste to everything around him, hiding in the darkness like the cockroach he is, and I vowed to shine a light on him.
I have, and I will continue to do so. He continues through his use of alias's and fake photos and lies to attempt to destroy lives. You may not think it important standing up against a megalomaniac.
You Nelson Garcia, chose to defend him and go into collusion with him. Look at your Blog. You slamming me with lies, and you and Kent, and his alias are slamming me. In that context Dexx Jones uncovered information about you that is public record. You were convicted of sex crimes aimed at a minor.
You started this with your initial defense of Barclay with your Damon answers his critics post. You refuse to look at facts, you would rather be an intellectual thug with his head so far up his ass he cannot breathe. Here is an example of the way you try and insinuate your evil on to others.

The two semi naked boys to which you refer were 21 and 22 respectfully. One would you think that you of all people would be aware of what a “Boy” was, after all it is your proclivity. There was a picture of myself with two young men whose shirts were indeed off, but there pants were on. Yet, you try and say semi-naked boys to implicate something that was not there, and impugn my reputation at the same time.
You state that I bitched to blogger. What I did was follow the rules, pointed out that my images were being used by someone who did not have permission to do so. They did what they should have done, they had the images removed.
You then stated that I did not object to Mark Adams using an image of me, and that was somehow hypocritical of me. Well as Ronald Reagan would say “There you go again”. More of your taking information from Kent Barclay, just to attack. You two really do belong together. The reason I did not complain to Mark Adams is that Mark Adams took the picture. He then used the picture WITH my permission. Can your fine intellect grasp the difference?
Your alliance with Kent Barclay is clear. His previous alliance with convicted felons, and child molesters, are also a matter of record. Perhaps you should contemplate the reason no one from the porn industry has come to your aid besides Kent Barclay, is that they think that what you have done is repulsive, and you forfeited your right to preach to others when you hit the send button trying to infiltrate the mind of a 14 YO with your perversions.
You are simply put a lying, vile sexual predator. That you find solace in the words of Kent Barclay and his alias’s is your doing no one else’s. You could have at anytime when you saw him lying walk away. Instead you chose to ally yourself with him. Where were you, Mr. Save The Gays, when Kent Barclay lied about Budd Foxx committing suicide because he could not stop the Great Damon? Where were you when he said Budd Fox’s death was a result of the Karmic retribution of calling Kent on his lies? Is that it Nelson? People die of AIDS because they cross Kent?
Is that how we treat the survivors of those who die of AIDS? We lie and say they committed suicide because they could not stop Damon? Then we say our sources tell us that Bud’s partner William, now alone and trying to deal in the grief of his less them 48 hour old loss of his partner of some 12 years, was not aware of Bud’s blogging activities? Trying to get between a dead man and his lover by lying? (William was an active participant in the life of his dying lover, something Kent Barclay could never understand as love is an emotion he is incapable of.)
That is what and who you have aligned yourself with. That is who you lie with. Your ego aside this is disgusting behavior from two very sick men. You deserve each other.

A few weeks ago when gay pornographer and uber hypocrite Kevin Clarke bitched to Google about me outing him, filing a copyright complaint, no one gave a shit.
Excuse me but I complained to Google about the un-authorized use of a copy-righted image. That is all. Must you lie Convicted Child sex offender felon Nelson Garcia?
Now comes Linda Harvey; a contributor at BOX TURTLE BULLETIN writes they received a complaint from Harvey demanding that they remove a photo they posted of her for reference purposes.
Guess what? Now everyone gives a shit
