More Damon Kruezer Emails

In an attempt to fool us into believing that he is in California Damon is back to his old tricks of sending out emails with blind CC's hoping that we will check the IP addresses and see that he is in Los Angeles.

Silly Kent does not get it though all of his little server tricks and IP address shifting does not work. Kent seems to think that if he uses a proxy server and blind IP address he can fool someone. Really he is only fooling himself by thinking that we won't figure out his scheme.

The FBI does not find his feeble attempts humorous at all. Now seriously Kent, you claim to be writing a book about the Joe and Harlow Murder trial so you must be aware that they were convicted based on email and cell phone data.

Do you seriously think that by using a company like UBIQUITY SERVER SOLUTIONS LOS ANGELES GETSEVEN.NET no one will know that you got a 30 day free account and are trying to pull another scam? Seriously it all leads right back to GO Daddy and then right back to you and that means that you are still in Boston.

Now I know that a "Big Media Tycoon" such as yourself would think that you have the resources and the ability to fool us "little truth squaders" with your lies and proclamations that we are just "haters" but you are wrong there. In this age of information sharing, high speed Internet, cell phone technology and software programs that decipher scams you are cold busted.

Now I do realize that you did get over on one person for $11,400.00 with your claims that you were making a movie called Brad's Buddies II. but your claims that the money was a gift is a blatant lie. That little stunt you pulled constituted interstate wire fraud. Your emails and telephone voice mails contradict your public statements.There is no movie and there is no Paris film footage filmed with Cadinot's people and there never was a movie. you do not have any models attached to this project and you never did. to try and get Brent Corrigan mixed up in your lie is just plain stupid.

After you bad mouthed Jason Pitt, Kameron Scott Chase Harding and MJ taylor you try to get them to contact you via twitter so you can manipulate there emails to say that they would do your movie. You really are an idiot if you think that little ploy would work. What you don't seem to understand is that the gay porn industry is well aware of what you have done and anyone with a lick of sense is ignoring you. You have burned far to many bridges this time and that Technicolor insanity that you call a web page with its 100 hits a day will not save you this time. Today in a brazen attempt to continue his Criminal Enterprise of making BradsBuddies 2. Kent/Damon announced that David Forest had today given him the rights to make BradsBuddies2. In some sort of twisted logic that only he could understand he thought that absolved him of fraud charges. Had he stopped for a moment and thought that through he would have realized that he had just publicly admitted that when he swindled the “Investor” out of over $11,000 he did so knowing that he had not secured the rights. Now again in Kent/Damon’s mind that is a victory, in reality it proves he was running a scam. The story behind how David Forest backtracked from his many contrary statements is a classic example of the tactics of Kent Barclay, and how this time not only did he attempt extortion he tried out of desperation to do it in broad daylight.


Attempting to turn a Red Herring into Caviar

Despite what Kent/Damon thought the issue of who owned the rights to Bradsbuddies2 was never at the center of the charges against him. The center of the charges was and is that the investor was defrauded because Kent/Damon mis-represented himself as to whom he was and what he was doing in regards to BradsBuddies2.

He repeatedly lied about his participation in BradsBuddies1 a fact that Mr. Forest has made clear on many occasions. He then claimed that he was moving to California, and had indeed done so. He has claimed on various occasions that upon his arrival in California he had done auditions with young twinks, and secured studio space for shooting.

None of these things happened except in Kent’s mind. No one has seen him in California; no one can come forward to say they were auditioned because no one was. All he did was take the investor’s money and lie about what he was doing and what he did.

All of this recorded in voicemails he left, emails he sent and his public pronouncements made on his site and his twitters all that have been preserved as evidence. In his desperate attempt to cover his ass all he accomplished was setting a perjury trap for David Forest and admits that in fact he was trying to get money on rights he KNEW he did not own. This attempting at closing the barn door after the horse had already left only exposed the horse’s ass in the barn.

On countless occasions in conversations in recent weeks David Forest publicly refuted Kent/Damon’s right to make the movie. What changed? Kent/Damon has been extorting people for years usually under the radar but this time he tried it in broad daylight.

On Friday night on his website he blasted Forest, posted pictures of his models and claimed Forest was in jeopardy of going to jail for the rest of his life for a three strikes violation. Forest panicked and rather that report Kent/Damon for the extortion attempt gave into Kent/Damon’s demand and after the fact told Damon he could shoot the movie and miraculously all the negative remarks about Forest and his models disappeared and suddenly the site proclaims that Forest is a good guy

Then they both then set about trying to discredit the person who was swindled and blame the victim for the crime. Extortion plain and simple.

Forest caved into Kent/Damon’s demands and joined in the criminal enterprise with both feet to get Kent/Damon to take down something he feared. An exchange furthering the criminal enterprise in broad daylight.

David has left himself with two choices: lie about the extortion which is amply documented by his words and Kent/Damon’s actions and perjure himself on the stand, or tell the truth and Kent/Damon blasts away with everything hen threatened him with. Someone should have told David Forest giving into extortion is a no win.

What David could seemingly not comprehend is that there is no movie. Kent/Damon’s fabric of lies all amount to a fraud. Since the breaking of this story and the bringing it to the authorities Kent/Damon has continued the criminal enterprise by lying to cover his tracks and every lie adds to the fraud. He has stated all week that he is in Europe and will stay there for a while to shoot new talent.

He has been using a proxy server to hide the locations of his emails but has not been able to mask his visits to websites and sure enough he is still where he has always been in MA.

He claimed last week he shot in Paris with the videographer and models of the late Jean-Daniel Cadinot and yet not a still from the shoot, nothing from anyone there, no pictures from anywhere in Europe, nothing but the words of a proven liar and forger.

Just how long does David Forest or Kent/Damon think it took law enforcement to know he never left the country? Under 30 seconds. What those lies were was a furthering of the continuing criminal enterprise that was tracked down in a minute.

What is of interest to Law enforcement as well as many others is why is it that Kent/Damon refuses to show his face. Which begs the question: which previous victim (or more probably, victim’s parents) is Kent/Damon afraid will see his face?

He thinks he can terrorize people from behind a computer screen, and defraud unsuspecting investors without showing his identity but as this criminal enterprise continues.

It is easily proven Kent/Damon is not in Europe, did not go to Europe, did not shoot in Paris, all lies to continue to swindle other potential investors. He repeated attempts at using the lure of possible participation of Brent Corrigon in the project even though there was never a chance of that, and Brent Corrigon’s publicly stating it was all BS were further indications that he was desperately trying to raise funds to repay defrauded investor 1 with money swindles from investor 2 in a ponzi scheme worthy of Bernie Madoff.

Why he is pulling the ‘I am in Europe’ routine is anyone guess, however every lie is part of the fraud scheme, and today’s admission of fraud of Kent/Damon’s and David Forest’s not going to authorities and reporting the extortion has made him complicit in this fraud and set a perjury trap that will ensnare him in the very way he thought he could avoid by becoming a part of the criminal enterprise.

The attempts by both Kent/Damon and David Forest to intimidate the accuser have only strengthened his resolve to see this through and to see the people responsible behind bars. They seem to think that the way to get out of telling a lie is another lie. This has not served to intimidate the victim. This has made him all the more determined.

He posted this crazy expose on his website in an attempt to scare certain people in the industry. To me it just looks like a desperate attempt at getting someone to mention his name. it is a weak attempt to get people who have a presence in the gay porn industry to acknowledged him. The Chris Steele's and the Scotty Boardman's of the industry have apparently turned their backs on the delusional hack writer from Quincy MA.

Ms. Jason Curious has some serious egg on her face over this. My purpose is to show the utter hypocrisy of Ms. Curious in trying to defend this evildoer. The issue is not merely Seth, the real issue is the status and credibility of JASON CURIOUS as what he proclaims himself to be - an "honest, objective, responsible" commentator - as opposed to the very different reality clearly shown in this REALITY CHECK.

Now that Seth was busted MANY of you are recalling what industry reporter posted a blind item months ago warning that certain people were under investigation by the DEA for drugs. Specifically a "Star's assistant"? That reporter was yours truly and now my sources in law enforcement and my story have been validated and confirmed by several orders of magnitude.


I seem to remember a "curious" blogger twittering sarcastically that he was 'scared' about being under investigation in tweets directly to the now busted drug dealing hustler. Someone should look back in his tweets, take a screen shot of those posts and point out that perhaps he SHOULD be scared as should every one of the drug customers that the hooker is likely to name in order to get a shorter sentence.


Most certainly the curious one's new drag boss and her pals. Men in jeopardy of facing several years in prison will turn on anyone and everyone to save their own gluteus maximus.


Kelly Taylor not so new in the forest

Kelly Taylor might be "new" to David Forest as the battle scarred warhorse attempts to present him as new on the scene. The facts are otherwise - as is so often the case in dealing with Forest's unjustified hyperbole. Kelly's cute enough but virgin talent he isn't. As Jude, he did a couple for Military Classified, a few for Gemini, including one with Logan Robbins. He then did a lot for Chaos Men, including one or more with Logan Robbins. He did a Falcon movie and then recently started doing bareback videos for SX, including topping and bottoming bareback. Now he's Kelly Taylor with David Forest after 4 years or so as Jude. Those are the FACTS - not the smoke and mirrors act!

This attempt by Damon to attack David Forest and Chi Chi Larue and Jason Sechrest is at best ludicrous. I guess he figures that he will go after the big names since they don't really follow him and he really wants their attention. I went to the Pop Goes The Zipper party and I can tell you first hand that when the name Damon Kruezer was mentioned every one laughed or just rolled their eyes in disgust. Damon is so delusional that he thinks that he has a presence in the gay porn industry when all everyone did was tolerate and ignore him. I spoke to some in the industry who said when they needed a good laugh they would look at his web page.



No one ever took him serious and that is why we are where we are today. Damon in an attempt to show everyone that he mattered lied and defrauded a gentleman out of several thousand dollars by claiming that he was making "Brad's Buddies II". A sequel to Brad's Buddies which was a total failure because his name was attached to it as a creative consultant. Now he is claiming that he is a producer, director, reporter, publisher,talent agent and he used the few accolades that were given to him as charity to perpetrate this fraud. Cybersocket, The Advocate and DNA magazine and David Forest were all warned that it would come to this. The only one who ever said anything about it publicly was David Forest.


Now don't get me wrong I have never been a big fan of David Forest. He is nothing more than a pimp and a dope addict if you want my opinion. Yeah I have known about him for years, what he did to some of my friends in the industry is legendary. But at least he had the balls to call Damon what he was a fraud. And now you have Damon's latest attempt to attack and hurt all of those who he sees as haters. For years Damon has attacked models and others in the industry and they all chose to ignore him and now it has gotten a bit out of hand. I think it is time for the industry to stand up and take care of this scum once and for all. they need to be rid of him as he is going to cause further damage to a industry that is already in peril.

David Forrest shares what he really thinks of Kent Barclay

Damon Kreuzer is always beating his own drum about his contacts in the porn biz and what good buddies some of them are. In particular he has repeatedly dragged retired Agent David Forest into the Kent sewer, claiming they are friends and converse regularly.

The Truthsquad knows better but until recently David was reluctant to tell us what he really thought of Kent. Now David is in rehab and retired and has decided to throw Kent under the bus.

Always a sweet sight when your dealing with a creature as reprehensible as Kent Barclay!
