Ok it has been a while since I have talked to everyone but I hope everyone reading is well happy and enjoying their summer.
I have been showered with support these last few months, and I am so grateful to everyone who has been there for me through thick and thin.
I have a lot of great things going on in my life, but for obvious reasons I am forced to keep things private from stalkers' eyes.
This brings me to the reason behind this posting, and I ask every reader fan, porn star, producer, studio, director, assistant, blogger, and anyone who has a heart to please re post this, and support me.
I have tried every attempt to be a civilized person, and ask certain people to not post things about me on sites. I want the whole industry to know directly from me that today June 24 2008 at 7:29 pm I pressed charges against the man known as Kent Barclay.
I have realized my dear friends that some people do not take warnings well, and that is when one must take things to action and involve the law. When presented with my case the detective found probable cause for me to pursue harassment amongst other charges against this man for the countless months of false accusations, defamation, slander, and stalker like behavior.
I have plenty of witnesses who I know I can count on for their support. I have received full permission from the people I answer to to pursue this to the full extent of the law, and I will. I am doing this for myself as well as Mathew Rush, Kevin Clarke, and everyone else who for the past ten years has had to endure this man's terrorism.
I am calling on the adult entertainment industry all fellow models who read and everyone to please support me in this. I hate to have to take things to this, but enough is enough. I am also going to be joining in on Porn confidential.Com's as well as other blogs who have shut down anyone associated with this man.
This being said I do not want to receive e mails about him or anything with his name in it please my privacy has been invaded enough I want to let our fair justice system work for me as the war veteran I am.
I am very calm at this point, and I want to say in closing that anyone who is supporting this man is a terrorist just like him, and anyone who is supporting him with fake information about me will also be included in my case so please be careful people because this Puerto Rican is in attack mode and will use the law to make anyone who has hurt me in any way pay.
Please re post cross link e mail your parents friends etc etc let everyone know that I am through with pleading now I act!

Kent can call everyone liars all he wants we will just let the legal system deal with him. The story of your 12 YO niece is a classic example. He will lie and say he did not do it, but the reality is there ARE records. The service he left that message on has the proof.

I did not work for 15 years in a vacuum. I worked with hundreds of people this never came up until Kent posted a false interview with Ashton Ryan. Kent posted it, Nelson Garcia linked to it and they wrote the piss and shit slander from Kent as if it were true.
I have 15 years of people who worked with and for me. All will stand by the truth. You have a pedophile ring coming after me and Angel Skye. Yes Kent and Nelson to the police we go..

From what I can see, KB has produced solid evidence of his claims about who Angel owes and why. The promissory note is real, the chick in Florida is real, and the email is very believable in context of the publicity KB did for Angel and Brad last Fall.

Angel and Brad HIRED KB to do work for them which they have admitted in many locations. And KB got results, making Angel and Brad figures of note. Now they turn on him just like they did his Florida ally he is working with. What does this tell us about Angel's pattern of behavior..."use 'em then accuse 'em to get rid of debts?"
Bottom line: There isn't any suit possible if Angel can't prove actual damages. Since KB is simply presenting the facts or linking to other sites that present their own viewpoint for which he's not responsible, there are no damages possible.
Therefore it's all just a cheap excuse for publicity for Angel's Lucas movie, which ironically has had to be pulled due to the questions KB has raised about its casting and content.
KB is the person controlling this entire situation and just think of the publicity Angel is unintentionally giving him, he is playing right into KB's hands.
Unless of course KB is secretly doing PR for Lucas Entertainment?

It breaks my heart to have to inform you that harassment is not a civil charge, and detectives do not assist citizens in filing civil charges.

Some of the wackiest names in the world appear there, attempting to get your attention. That's exactly where HWSNBN gets the names he uses on whatever forums and blogs will still allow him to post. Check it out sometime. Have I ever lied to you.
Now - on to the the important stuff.
I am posting here this one time.because it is time that someone of importance (as miniscule as mine might be) to speak out about HWSNBN. He has been harrassing, tormenting, terrorizing, extorting, and many other dastardly deeds to members of our industry now for well over ten years. TEN YEARS!! If he had been doing this in any other industry, by now he would most likely be floating at the bottom of the Charles River in cement overshoes. But I digress. We are talking about our industry. The industry we work in and love. And now, finally, someone has come to save the day. No, not Mighty Mouse, but Angel Skye. This brave young man has finally decided, like many of us, that he has had enough. Unlike us, he is actually doing something about it. And he should be congratulated. And we should, in all honesty, be ashamed, that it has come to this. For HWSNBN to go to Angel's (or anyone's) parents and relatives is disgraceful. Not that this is the first time he has pulled this. He has done it several times, and not only with parents, but with performers' places of work, their colleges and universities, and all because these performers had had enough of his nonsense and refused to deal with him. For years, certain members of the industry have actually feared this person, who regularly sends threatening emails from himself, various aliases, and even from faux attorneys. Never once has he acted on any of these, so I'm not sure just what was to be feared. Maybe the fact that he would slam them on one of this websites that has little or no traffic. But now the tide has turned, and more and more industry professionals are speaking out, and are no longer providing HWSNBN with press materials, screeners and flyers. Without these, he has nothing to talk about, except slander those who don't speak to him. Which is now, apparently, just about everyone.
Whether you are an Angel fan or not is irrelevant. My heart goes out to him and his family for the misery HWSNBN has caused him. Perhaps by others speaking out with their horror stories, the industry we work in and love can be free of this cancer once and for all.

Three weeks ago, Kent Barclay/Damon Kruezer was located by former model Rich Sternberg. Rich was in town to file multiple complaints against Kentie, including trips to both the Norwell and Quincy Housing Authorities. Rich actually met with the head of the authority, armed with printouts of Kent's activities. Including a photo of the fake address Kent filed in documents to the judge. Rich stayed in Quincy for a week to followup on his complaints.
Kruezer himself confirms this with his false account of Renee in the SUV- but it wasnt Renee. He was right about Renee filing her own complaints, but the person Kent saw was the same model he has been harrassing and defaming for years. I will not spell out exactly what Kent did which was against the law, but some phrasing in certain printouts, backed up when the authorities visited the web page were very very bad for Kent.
For those keeping track, that brings three different court actions made by three different entities regarding Kent Barclay's malfeasance.
A) Angel and Brad of ASG filed multiple criminal complaints against Kent regarding his outlandish harrassment and contacting of a 12 yearold relative of Angel's to tell her about porn and gay coupling.
B) Rich Sternberg (and others) appeared in both Quincy and Norwell to file multiple complaints regarding everything from Kent's illegal residency to harrassment, hate crimes and stalking.
C) Blogger Renee has multiple complaints in various states of reporting in three different jurisdictions
THere are seven more actions that I have heard about, and I will be sharing them as soon as i am legally allowed to. In the meantime:
Kent was located at Tobin Towers (a senior housing complex where his mother is the sole person allowed to reside there)
Angry Taxpayers can contact the Housing Authority and express their displeasure that they are harboring a known pornographer who consorts with pedophiles.

florida is also not a community property state. if florida were a community property state all property and items such would of been joint with the spouse, but in florida you can own property seperate from your spouse and keep it in a divorce.
Married couples can hold real and some personal property as tenants by the entirity meaning hte property is equally owned by both upon death of one spouse all tenants by entirity property reverts to the surviving spouse and is not subject to probate procedure. Divorce severs the tbe an automatically converts it to a tenancy in common. Real property is usually divided equally.
Angel was not married to anyone named Tiffany. He does not owe alimony. Period. It's Kentie's way to get a response from Angel. It wont work.
