Many people have noticed you offer no explanation and it is making you look very bad. The same goes for such crazy accusations as those emanating from Kevin Clarke, who has yet to bring forward any verifiable facts in support of his many accusations.
For your own information, I emphatically deny all of his accusations and challenge him to bring forward any proof that will stand up in a court of law. You will additionally note that I have disproven Gavin Braun aka "Brettster"s" accusations by bringing forward the FACT he broke his contract with me under undue influence. Finally, I warn you to take anything Angel Skye says with a huge bag of salt. Fact is Angel turned on me when I "dared" to ask him about a $13,000 promissory note owing to a good friend of mine in Fort Lauderdale. At first Angel denied it but he finally admitted it was true, a valid debt. From that time on he turned on me because of what I had found out.
Any accusations he's made against me are FALSE and the fact at least 2 police departments he went to with Kevin Clarke have discounted what he claimed and took no action should tell you all you need to know. I am cutting MJ some slack because of what's been going on in his personal life, but I will no longer do so with you.
This is my final legal advisory to you ____. If you persist in relentlessly trying to hurt and damage me and my business then you will find yourself in court, as is my right. FYI, I most certainly DO own the trademark for the name of "Damon Kruezer" since it was me and me alone who invented the name, persona and of course the various domains. I can also prove that I have been making money and doing business as Damon Kruezer since 1998, and that alone gives me a common law trademark.
So don't even TRY and argue that what Mark Wilson and Travis are doing is in ANY way justified, ethical, or legal. It's simply IMPERSONATION WITH MALICIOUS INTENT and INFRINGEMENT ON MY BRAND IDENTITY, and it won't be tolerated. Even DK haters are agreeing that ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. As one told me this morning "I can't stand you Damon, but this thing with setting up a rival website using your name and trying to say there's a "real" Damon other than you is beyond lame".
Or would YOU say that someone setting up a "kameronscottxxx.org" site and claiming to be the "real" Kameron Scott is perfectly fine and acceptable and something you'd tolerate? I don't think so! There you have it ____. I'm done with you. I assert and allege you are knowingly engaging in a anti-competitive scheme against me and my Delaware and other corporations with the intent to do harm to my reputation, cause emotional distress, and cause financial loss, and that I will not tolerate.
