Not a word about the crimes, the abuse of young men, just solidarity. The villain to you is not the child abuser, but the person who exposes the child abuser. Long after you learned of Nelson Garcia’s conviction you said you stand by him. You wrote these words to DeWayne…

How humiliating is it to hide in the bathroom of a one room motel unit where a 56 YO man lived with his 83 YO mother after he was responsible for her losing her home? Tell us Kent/NG who decided what TV shows to watch? Was there cable? What ran through your mind when you heard the knock? What act of love for you mother made you run to the bathroom and hide, and send your 83 YO mother, who claimed she had high blood pressure and was not well, answer the door while you scurried like a coward to the bathroom? Dear Assistant District Attorney Melnick:

This letter is in regard to Ms. Renee Martin of Fort Worth, Texas who is scheduled to testify on behalf of your office in the Luzerne County Courthouse on July 8-9 in relation to the Bryan Kocis murder case in which you are the chief prosecutor.

I wish to make several complaints about Ms. Martin which I will detail below, and support by the attached 5 pages of Ms. Martin's online antics in her own words, which have included what I regard is defamation, slander and even a hate site, all behavior totally inappropriate for a material witness under bond in a murder case.

By her standard of accusation, anyone blogging, commenting about or criticizing her actions could be said to be engaged in "witness intimidation"...although under Pennsylvania and Virginia case law precedents that sort of claim would appear to be very far fetched because of the "chilling effect" on a writer's First Amendment rights, and because Ms. Martin chose to make herself a public figure in the Kocisphere. It's also very notable that the only person who has allegedly defamed, slandered and even set up a hate site about another person is Renee Martin.

Lets start right here. Kent/NG Renee Martin decides what is a threat to her . Not you. If you are going to quote case law Quote it. Do not refer to something you cannot state. Case law is real and factual, not something you make up. A reporter if citing case law would cite the ACTUAL CASE LAW if he wanted to make a point. Imagine Kent/NG a lawyer in court saying you honor case law says and then not stating the case law. There is no first Amendment right to lie Kent/NG, none. The list of your lies regarding this case is staggering, and the list of lies and attacks against Renee Martin are staggering s well.

Why didn’t you tell Melnick that you tried to shake down Renee Martin for money? Why did you not tell Melnick that you told Renee Martin’s husband publicly that he should “stick to what he knows taking dicks in his mouth and up his ass”. Don’t you think that your level of debasement and defamation is relevant? I have addressed the issue of hate sites before Kent/NG but I will again here. Stating the truth about an internet terrorist and predator is not hate Kent/NG. It is telling the truth and warning young gay men that they bare at risk from an internet fraud and his band of sexual predators.

Why did you not tell Melnick that in your capacity as a self proclaimed Journalist you claimed to have shaved the ass of Rich Sternberg and taught him how to loosed his ass muscles, when you never met him in person. Don’t you think that your level of debasement and defamation is relevant? Don’t you think that your lying to defame and slander is relevant?

Now how does this type of "online antics" comport with her scheduled testimony in the Kocis case on July 8-9, and what could possibly be her motivation to suddenly go on the attack and even allegedly file complaints about "witness intimidation" when Renee Martin first approached DAMON, talked extensively with me on 3 separate occasions, and solicited funding on Harlow Cuadra's behalf in her then-capacity as his business manager, as documented?

Let me explain this to you Kent. Yes Renee Martin talked to you. You mis-represented yourself to her. At the time she was trying to help someone who she knew, that she was unsure of his guilt. In that context she spoke with you. You were desperate to infuse yourself into the Kocis case. YOU LIED TO HER. YOU LIED TO A LAWYER AND THE LAWYER’S SECRETARY AND OTHERS in Virginia regarding sending $5,000 to the lawyer for Harlow’s defense. Did you mention that to Melnick?

Did you remind Melnick of every time you have criticized his handling of the case? Did you remind him that you stated that the information you has uncovered in VA. Beach, you remember that you were having 6 people deposed that were swearing that Harlow was in VA Beach that day was the reason the bail hearing was cancelled? Don’t you think that it would be relevant to tell Melnick that it was also that information according to you that was having him (Melnick) rethink his case?

Don’t you think you should have mentioned here to Melnick that you invented a fake private detective that was based in Philly that had no office, no contact number, no history, and that no one has ever seen or talked to except you and that you claimed was licensed in 3 states, yet there were no licenses? Don’t you think you should have mentioned to Melnick that you used this fake persona to try and plant false information in the Kocis case and the murder case in Florida? There is nothing alleged about Rennee Martin filing complaints about you Kent; it has been done. Why don’t you stroll over to the Quincy PD and ask them about the complaint Rich Sternberg filed?

Her actions make no sense and I believe constitute more than sufficient basis for her disqualification from testifying in the case.

Her actions make a lot of sense Kent/NG. You lied to her and about her and you slandered her. She stood up to you. She should not be disqualified, she should be canonized.

I respectfully suggest that Martin be struck from the witness list because of her utter lack of credibility as shown in her baseless personal attacks on me and my business, and because of the clear indications of her being involved in one or more hidden 3rd party agendas that I believe are wholly incompatible with her current status as a material witness about to give crucial testimony under oath.

You are the last person on the planet who could talk about credibility. You claimed that you and your fictional lover Marc went to a computer graveyard and your fingers truned stone cold when you found Kocis’s hard drives and you were going to turn the information over to Demetrius Fannick who you paid 10,000 to represent Harlow and Joe? Where is the blockbuster information that was going to make people’s jaws drop and have Harlow out by July living in NYC with you and Marc? Tell us Kent/NG? Did you send along this gem from you to Melnick?

I ask that any and all complaints regarding me Martin has made to your or associated offices be thrown out as being maliciously motivated, without legal foundation, and as being irrelevant and immaterial under Pennsylvania case law as it pertains to my First Amendment rights as a published writer and reporter.

Now Kent/NG did you mention your collusion with convicted child sex felon Nelson Garcia? Did you mention that you and Nelson Garcia conspired to slander Kevin Clarke? Did you mention to Melnick that you were hired by Bryan Kocis to harass another witness in this case Brent Corrigan? Did you tell Melnick that so far you have accused at least 5 different people of the murder including Dexx Jones? Did you tell Melnick that you said Jones was responsible for the murder because he once may have been to Florida?

I repeat there is no first amendment right to lie. There is njo first amendment right to plant false information in a murder case. You attacked Renee Martin and her husband with lies and they fight back, and you claim that they are the perps and you are the victim. Why didn’t you tell Melnick that Renee Martin’s husband should “stick to what he knows taking dicks in his mouth and up his ass”.

On the matter of “HATERS”

Since Kent/NG Barclay has terrorized people on the web he has referred to anyone who stood up to him as a “HATER”. We all have been categorized as such through the years.

His recent partnership with child abuser Nelson Garcia has brought the term into greater focus. Nelson Garcia claims that is someone mentions his criminal past they are in league with HATERS and HATE sites that are anti-gay.

While there are indeed anti-gay sites that post the information about Nelson Garcia that does not mean that we are in league with their anti-gay beliefs. What is means is that we think it is wrong to send pictures of yourself, and pictures of pre-pubescent boys having sex to someone you think is a 14 year old boy. Protecting the young members of our community is not anti-gay.

The crime here is not that we expose the criminal, the crime here is the abuse of 14 YO gay boys. Kent/NG Barclay uses the term HATERS to try and impugn the motives of anyone who stands up to his lies. The crime here is not the standing up to Kent/NG. The problem is the hate this fuels this excuse of a human being as he lies about everyone and everything in sight to promote himself. That is where the hate is; it stems from him and pollutes everything he touches.

Let’s look at a couple of examples from the last few days. Rich Sternberg stands up to him and he blames him but will not completely lower the boom on him because “He shaved his ass and showed him how to loosen his asshole muscles.” He NEVER met Rich Sternberg. Ask yourself why everything with him turns into some sort of public sexual humiliation? What kind of sick twisted pervert publicly discusses things like that without the other person’s permission, mush less lie about them completely? What kind of mental illness is it that allows someone to think that telling lies like that has any place in a civil discourse?

It comes as no surprise that Kent/NG Barclay enjoys forcing his sexual perversions on others; after all it explains his solidarity with the sex felon Nelson Garcia. They both get that same thrill when they hit the send button, let me send the sexual imagery that dominates my sick mind on to someone else. In Nelson Garcia’s case it is young boys, in Kent/NG’s it is his was of humiliating people who tell him to leave them alone. They do these things and decent people complain. They then call them HATERS.

It is amazing that one listens to Nelson Garcia, he feels that he made a mistake. He sent images of pre-pubescent boys having sex to a police officer. He seem to believe that the problem was that he was entrapped and caught, not that he was doing something repulsive, intrusive, vile and illegal. Standing up against sex felons is not anti gay. It is not a sign of hate. It is a sign of decency and the desire to protect the youngest members of our community against predators.

With Kent/NG he lies about people, like Rich Sternberg who he says is a drug addict that is POS. Well he is neither, has a better job that Kent/NG could ever dream of, and is telling the truth because it is the right thing to do. He never met Kent/NG Barclay yet Kent/NG swears he shaved his ass and shoved toys up it. Standing up to lies like that does not make you a hater, but rather demander of truth.

Renee tells a story of Kent/NG lying to a lawyer about sending $5,000 because he had a brain tumor and could not remember the tracking number. It is typical of his lying behavior. No concern for the people you are telling the lie too, only about himself.

Renee then starts a website against Damon and rightfully uses a picture of Jeffery Dahmer, because the similarities are striking. Kent/NG lures young gay men in with promises and lies. Then he tries to devour their very being in his hate. Look at Rich Sternberg. He stands up to Kent/NG and the attacks attempt to destroy him and the sexual aspect of his attack is pure and simple psychological sexual abuse.

No Kent/NG Barclay we are not the HATERS. Who you are, and what you do, are the embodiment of hate. The lies you tell Kent/NG Barclay show the evil that you are. The lies you spew Nelson Garcia in your attempts to validate your perverse sex crimes against children, show what you are. Wrapping yourself up in a fake of gay activism is as low as anything Barclay has done.

These are not HATE sites they are truth sites. We are not haters we are soldiers in a war against hate. We will prevail simply because we are telling the truth. We will keep young men safe from you, you will not have unfettered access to them anymore. No not HATERS but then the two of you are so full of hate you are blind to anything decent.
