DHWho else but our dear, delusional Kentie is so out of the loop and desperate for "news" that he proudly broadcasts his pariah status ON HIS OWN WEBSITE? But that is just what he's done again, highlighting the fact that the ATKOL forum has banned him for life and will not even allow his name or site to be mentioned. I guess you somehow consider that a badge of honor, don't you Kentie? Most sane people would be ashamed and maybe see it as a wake-up call to take a long, hard look at themselves and their behavior. But not you!!

KRUEZER AT NIGHT was informed Sunday night by a trusted source close to the case that Cobra Video murder defendant HARLOW CUADRA has copped to a "no contest due to diminished capacity" plea and thrown himself on the mercy of the Luzerne County court - while hoping for the possibility of parole after 12-15 years with the death penalty being reportedly off the table in exchange.
By allegedly so doing Cuadra has saved the county beaucoup bucks and avoided the lengthy appellate process. The only remaining sticking point is whether co-defendant JOE KEREKES will yield to the intense pressure now being reportedly applied according to a secondary source, and cop to a similar plea.
All of this is in the Kruezer view based on our interpretation from our primary and 2 secondary sources in Luzerne County, PA. It's also consistent with what TEAM KRUEZER has been saying about this case for the past month. I am not sure where your sources get their information but it was an offer to commence negotiations for our historic meeting. That is not a contract. I strongly suggest that you find sources that deal in reality and not to the voices in your head. They do have medication for that by the way.
Furthermore, if you are going to complain about people staying with the relevant points then I am afraid I should point out that no one, and I mean NO ONE, asked about your sexual relations with Scotty. I must tell you it is in rather poor taste that you would even want to discuss it among strangers. Furthermore, I don't know what delusion you are working under but I have neither backed out or changed the rules of the game. In fact, I have played within the confines of the rules you have set forth. The last interaction that we had you said you needed to think about it before you made anymore remarks. Thus, I am still waiting for you, DAMON, to respond to me here. I can't very well continue negotiations without you, DAMON. If, you are going to send someone to act as a liaison so be it, but I will still need to be told that by you on this blog.
I find it rather uncouth that you are ever so happy to tell these readers of yours what I have said or backed out of when you haven't had any communication with me since we interacted on Kam's blog. It is only fair that since we won’t be able to deviate from our 20 questions you shouldn't’t be able to deviate from answering only the questions we ask. I think that only fair, don’t you?
2.I agree completely we should air it on both coasts and internationally. I think to mark this occasion we should also consider having it in a venue where we can have an audience as well. I think this could only benefit both sides. We can have a set number of seats and can evenly divide them between you and “us” as to be fair so the audience will not be stacked unfairly in your favor or ours. I know you have many fans that wanted the chance to meet you and I think this would be a wonderful forum.

I have never thought of ethics and integrity as quaint (or did you mean antiquated?). I know of not one investigative reporter, as you have said you are, who have ever been paid for an interview. In fact, those investigative journalists I have spoken to have said they believe that given the many aspects of their jobs that they often hold themselves to a higher standard simply so their bodies of work are held beyond reproach.
Of course I am more than willing to concede the point if you can give me some names of other investigative reporters who have taken payment for an interview.

And all Damon is called upon to provide is regurgitating press releases and fawning over porn stars.
He fails even here, routinely rewriting emailed PR's to "improve them" which means he must add Damon Kreuser every dozen words or so, until all Press Releases read like Damon is the Star,Director and inspiration for all Gay Porn!
His interviews are an industry joke,,when they appear truncated and spastic like budgie droppings on the floor of his Technicolor cage (oops page) they rarely have any semblance to an actual interview. Pornstars like the A-List Celebs in Hollywood enjoy talking about themselves,promoting there projects,videos and personal appearances.
Interviews with Damon once again are filled with pornsters praising Damon for giving us the Air we breath, the leaves on the trees and the meat on their table.

But you see the problem in a nutshell when you read CC's insightful and very trenchant posts (hello CC, Happy Holidays!!).

So anything that is communicated to CC through the "go-between" Wesley has a built-in "plausible deniability' in Damon's twisted mind, therefore all "negotiations" are meaningless. It's the same technique Kentie has always used on this blog to avoid taking any responsibility for anything he says.
Damon, why on your own site are you pretending to have any interest whatsoever in pursuing this "interview" idea with CC, when anyone with any experience dealing with you knows you have ABSOLUTELY no intention whatsoever in following through with it? I have two theories:
A) You are trying to run one of your half-baked schemes to scam money out of CC, thinking she would be foolish enough to wire you $2,000 in advance of this interview that will NEVER happen. She is a very smart person, Damon, and she will NOT do that, I can assure you. I know the economy is bad and you must be even more broke than usual right now, but CC is no easy mark and she's not going to bail you out of your financial hole that easily. GET A JOB!!!
2) You for some reason are suspicious about CC's true identity and affiliations, as you've already stated, and you want her to communicate with you privately to continue these "negotiations" so you can get her e-mail address and then hire that master sleuth Det. Zenoble to track her down. Again Kentie, CC is NO DUMMY and this is why she insists on these negotiations being held in a public forum. She will NOT be writing to you privately.
I honestly can think of no other reasons for you to be pretending to be interested in this interview. I thought once Kameron cut off all the DK nonsense on his blog that you would take the easy way out and just drop the matter, but you haven't done that, so I can only assume you have some ulterior motive.
Prove me wrong, Kentie/Damon. Come back here as yourself and state on the record that I'm wrong and you're being above board about all of this. Until then, I think all of this is a monumental waste of everybody's time.

You are correct, I would never ever send money to anyone blindly. I believe I would have to insist that my lawyer meet with Damon and sign a contract before any monies were exchanged. In fact, I told Damon that my law professor friend would even meet him and help him fill out any and all paper work if we should ever come to an agreement about the "historic" interview. I would think with Damon's business acuity he would understand this.
As for talking privately, hmm, I think not. I clearly stated at the beginning of all of this that words seem to be misconstrued when people talk privately with him. So to ensure this doesn't happen I suggested negotiating this in public so anyone can see precisely what is said. Since it seems Damon is already saying I have said certain things when I haven't, I think it is a wise call on my part.
I think I will refrain from holding my breath on these accounts.

There is just one problem for Damon.
He has not one single solitary PAID ad on his site. Oh you see ads from Cockyboys and JetSet men but several are broken links and not one has a CCBill,Epoch or ANY KIND of refer tag.
So they are not legitimate ads!
So even if by chance someone were to "click thru" to say Cockyboys on Damons blog he will receive no payment.
This is why many people in the buisness have thought all along that Kent Barclay is on Welfare or has some kind of financial judgment against him. Why would he pass up the easy money of affiliate 50% payouts?
Unless accepting checks and cashing them would ENDANGER Kents Freedom...

Frankly, almost everyone in his line of work, including JC Adams and Mark Adams, uses a "front" on their blogs (DeWayne being a notable exception). So I find absolutely nothing objectionable to him using that name here or anywhere else.
In fact, most people who comment on blogs don't use anything close to their real names, and MANY are Anonymous. Again, NOTHING wrong with that.
But when KB chooses another name, he does it to TALK ABOUT Damon Kruezer in the third person. That is dishonest, deceptive, and downright annoying. When anyone uses a screenname to childishly pretend they are someone other than themselves, it is called LYING.

Focusing only on this particular claim, let me ask you Will G, how do you know this is a fact? Who told you it happened? Did you verify your source's bona fides?
Did you actually see the email or post or IM or whatever it was in question, and did you verify it indisputably came from Damon? Or did you just accept it as a given due to your nadir opinion of Damon?
Will G, it's time you backed up what you say, or else admit you heard it from someone else and CANNOT verify it.

No, I never saw the offending communication for myself, you are quite right about that. That is why I purposely didn't mention Damon's name when I wrote that. But I can be pretty damn certain that SOMEONE relayed such a message to Angel's niece, because I choose to believe that Angel wouldn't have made up such a story about an innocent young relative of his if it didn't happen. As for whether or not it was Damon who did it, I would prefer to leave that up to the authorities.
Could you ask Damon, when you get a chance, why he's running the ad for this product on his site? It is the only non-porn ad on his site, and it sticks out like a sore thumb. Running the ad is a kind of endorsement, and I'm just curious why he would be endorsing a product that the company's own literature says is designed to erase evidence of material that might be ILLEGAL. ReplyDeleteThose of us monitoring this for the Cybercrime Unit see no confirmable evidence of actual charges filed or of any court cases pending in any jurisdiction in regard to the focus of your attention. Seems to us that if your case against him actually boils down to an "according to me" claim, with years of hysteria by discredited, deceased or disappeared fanatics thrown in as anecdotal "evidence", then you've lost before you started. There is no provable or legally actionable "pattern of behavior" on which to base your claim of a "case" which can't happen until there is an actual criminal case with a defendant reliably identified as who you claim he is who has provably done what you claim.
To date, none of that has occurred or is in place other than your aiding and abetting those with a hidden agenda. All you are doing is stimulating interest in him and his sites (so far we know of 5 run by him or his associates) and creating the opportunity for him to defend himself.
Possibly you are actually working for him and helping to create a sympathetic image of him as the victim of persecution and discrimination?
You do his bidding while thinking you are in combat against him.
CC will be well advised to contact him and set up the interview before the opportunity slips from her grasp.

I am just curious because I too have long reaching contacts and all of them stated that they don't allow civilians to participate in investigations and they certainly wouldn't allow agents or law enforcement to actually post comments on sites they are watching much less tell the said site they are being "watched". I believe they said it would be counter-productive and/or detrimental to any active case.
As for contacting Damon, I have stated numerous times how he can contact me to resume negotiations. Since this subject keeps coming up let me re-state it again:
As for discussing details privately….well, it seems every time one goes privately words can be misconstrued between the parties. I think it would be beneficial to all involved if the negotiations and any subsequent matters were played out in a public forum. This I am also sure will be a way for both of our interests to be protected. Everything out in the open and a way for both sides to openly follow or suggest ideas for this historic occasion. I was thinking that since it is your belief that you are working for "a" cybercrime unit that is watching this site that you would encourage all negotiations to be played out here simply so law enforcement officials can watch all proceedings. And of course then they could be subpoenaed to testify in any court of law in the country if need be.

I hearby issue you a challenge: Name one -- just ONE -- VOD scene you have "directed," and I mean the specific scene and website where we can find it. Then it will be a simple matter to corroborate or debunk your claim. While you're at it, name just ONE music video you have directed.
Could it be that these "credits" of yours are as FABRICATED as your supposed interview on Sirius radio, which you have to this day refused to provide proof of?

ReplyDeleteFYI everyone while Damon Kruser was with Marc on his sojourn in San Juan I continued to track the usual IP's from Quincy,Waltham and Boston Mass, along with assorted proxies. SO while Damon was on vacation its readily apparent Kent Barclay was stuck in a hellacious winter in Boston!
I wont even touch the psychological ramifications of sending one of your alternate personality's to San Juan,PR!
Except Kent probably needs the respite from Damon as mush as we do!

Let me clarify a few things for you: Several people on this here blog-sphere have the excellent Will G.'s email, just not YOU. I, on the other hand, have only given my personal email to one person and no it isn't Will, albeit I would give it to him if he wanted it.
As for your rather sad, childish attempt to call Will a coward for not posting his email address for any and all, has fallen on deaf ears. No one cares that he doesn't post it but YOU. Why is that? You can openly communicate with him here just as well as you can with me. If I wasn't such a Panglossian by nature, I would say you just wanted it to be able to cyberstalk or change the context of his emails as you have been accused of doing in the not so recent past.
The beauty of posting on a blog without comment moderation is that words and thoughts can't be manipulated. So even dunderwhelps may post and anyone who chances upon it can read it without fear. The post hasn't been changed one iota! Aah, behold the wonder of technology.
Damon my dear, you of course don't employ comment moderation control on your site do you? I mean, I can go post a response on your site this minute and it will show up unchanged, correct?
Just an aside Dear One, I consider Will to be a kindred spirit. I hold him in the highest regard and it pains me when you malign him so. After all, he is my first choice to be the one interviewing you for our historic interview. I expect you will treat him with the respect he is due. You being the true statesman you are, I assume you understand my meaning.
Although, I am sure it will not be needed, I do have several books I can reccommend that can help you to understand the concept.
