THE KRUEZER points out a MAJOR UNRESOLVED ISSUE in Kocis-Cuadra-Kerekes-Corrigan case: Crosses Prepared for Defendants as Roy and Lockhart prepare to seize assets of Kocis Estate?

The Kruezer has to wonder what folks in Luzerne County are planning on doing about the fact that Sean Lockhart and Grant Roy are now in a very good position to sue the Estate of Bryan Kocis over the claim that they (Lockhart and Roy) were deliberately misled as a result of Bryan Kocis having two Cobra Video LLCs in two different states.
Bryan Kocis has one Cobra Video LLC that was formed in Pennsylvania in 2002 and another Cobra Video LLC formed in Delaware in 2005.
Playing devil's advocate, it seems to The Kruezer that the only way to make sure that Sean Lockhart and Grant Roy don't end up with all of the assets in Bryan Kocis' Estate would be if Luzerne County charged Lockhart and Roy with and convicted Lockhart and Roy of the murder of Bryan Kocis, or of being complicit in it in some capacity. That's obviously what Harlow Cuadra meant in his comments to the press at arraignment last week.
However, The Kruezer is ever so confident that the Good and Pure Folks in Luzerne County's DA's Office do not care one bit if Sean Lockhart and Grant Roy take all of the assets in Bryan Kocis's estate away from Bryan Kocis' family...as long as they can nail Harlow Cuadra and Joe Kerekes to the crosses already prepared for them and smugly note, "Justice was served".
But that's not justice for ANYONE, is it?
